Individual Counseling

Couples Counseling
In couples counseling, we seek to create a safe environment as we work towards helping the couple re-establish or strengthen their emotional attachment. Couples are regarded as a single unit during this process as we help both parties grow increasingly accessible, responsive and engaged in the relationship. Together we foster unity and teamwork as the couple works towards a greater sense of connection.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
DKCCS therapists are fully EMDRIA-trained practitioners of EMDR therapy, an evidence-based treatment for trauma. EMDR therapy targets the trauma stored within the memory and reduces the stress responses associated with the memory. EMDR can allow a person to successfully resolve unhealed trauma.

Some DKCCS thearpists are able to accept insurance. Please contact our Practice Manager (602-613-0403 x0) to determine if your provider accepts your insurnace. If your therapist is not contracted with your insurance provider, we may be able to proivide you with a Superbill. Superbills are a formal receipt that may be reimbursed by your insurance company depending on the policy of your plan. Please reach out to your insurance company to confirm if they provide “out-of-network” benefits and if so, please inform your therapist. Private pay forms of payment include: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Debit Card, HSA Card and Zelle. All services are available virtually or in-person. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation charge.
